Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit confirms private charter bookings; the balance is due 7 days before your cruise
- Cancel 14 or more days before departure — full refund of your deposit
- Cancel within 14 days — we will attempt to re-book your date. If we can, your deposit is refunded less a $50 administration fee; if we cannot, the deposit is retained
- A non-refundable 2% fee applies to all card transactions
